EXPERIENCE

Prior to beginning his legal career, Brad proudly served in the United States Air Force, reaching the rank of Staff Sergeant.  In 2003 he deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.  Following his deployment, he was nominated by his superiors and named by the Commander as the Non-Commissioned Officer of the Quarter for the 718th Maintenance Squadron.

Following his Honorable Discharge from the military, he attended Case Western Reserve School of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree in 2006.

In 2006 he began his legal career as a law clerk for Judge J. Craig Cox. As a law clerk, he was given the opportunity to learn from a highly respected trial judge and was exposed to numerous courtroom proceedings.  In this position, he conducted extensive legal research and assisted Judge Cox in drafting legal opinions on matters that came before the Court.

In 2007 he entered into the private practice as an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Gene Dimeo. Mr. Dimeo operated a general practice that focused on courtroom litigation in a wide array of legal matters.  As an associate attorney, Brad had the opportunity to learn from a well-respected mentor and frequently represented clients in courtrooms throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of Ohio.

In 2019, Brad opened his own firm while also working as an Assistant Public Defender for Lawrence County.  During his career he has gained vast courtroom experience in multiple areas of the law to include criminal defense, civil litigation, and family law matters in state and federal courts in Western Pennsylvania and Northeast Ohio.  His extensive courtroom experience representing clients in a wide array of legal matters and his pledge of upholding the legal rights of all individuals gives him the knowledge, training and commitment to serve the citizens of Lawrence County as a Judge of the Court of Common Pleas.
